1. Why do you want to become an Assistant Admin?

• After playing on GrandRP on and off now for almost a year and now returning full time to this server which I am very passionate about, I feel I have gained the knowledge and respect needed to fulfill the role of Admin Assistant. I feel given the chance and the role, I would give my full attention to helping the players of the server and trying to make there time on this server as good as it can be. And as my aspirations for the future is to become an Admin I would spend as much time as possible proving myself as an Assistant.

• Evaluate problems and choose the best-fitting solution for all parties, while maintaining solidarity of standard protocol
• Do my part to keep moral and ethic high within the team
• Availability (e.g. if you message me, most times you will get a response within minutes)
• Maintain professionalism during the most confliciting and difficult circumstances
