Rejected Mass rule break | NG

In the POV you can see NG has done multiple rule break:

1. ID 178425-timestamp of the video 0:39. rule break state rule 1.10 he is wearing a pirates beard which is violation of state rule 1.10.
ID 178425-timestamp of the video 9:38. rule break GZ 1.1, RDM
2. ID 119375-timestamp of the video 8:56. rule break he did VDM
3. ID 106929-timestamp of the video 9:43. rule break RDM + GZ 1.1
4. ID 106561-timestamp of the video 9:50. rule break RDM + GZ 1.1 + mercy killing
