2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 Since I came to EN03 almost a year ago, I've already been Deputy with the Ballas and the Bloods. I've been able to gain a lot of experience and get a very good insight into the life of a criminal. I've learned a lot about the state through the Crimes, and especially the Bloods. As a deputy with the Bloods, I've also learned a lot and always strived for more; I wanted to advance Crime. I know how to lead and plan events, negotiate objectively, and how important it is to listen to people in order to resolve conflicts. I'm certain that I have the necessary knowledge and skills to restore Bloods to the strength it has long deserved.
2.2 As a Deputy, I quickly learned how important it is to let people speak and always to be willing to listen. I also learned that it is just as important to be consistent in order to avoid mistakes and conflicts. I can handle criticism and try to implement what I have learned. Transparent interactions both within the gang and with other organizations are very important to me. I know the crime scene and how it works, which means I can lead the Vagos to the strength they more than deserve. I know how to lead and plan events to ensure motivation and team spirit. As the Deputy leader of the Bloods comes with a great deal of responsibility, which I am sure I can now handle – with the necessary knowledge and skills.
2.3 I am applying to be the leader of the Vagos because I believe that I not only have the strategic thinking required for the criminal underground world of Los Santos, but also have the ambition to re-establish the Bloods in the state. I believe I have been able to demonstrate my skills well in the past and would like to demonstrate them again now as the leader of the Vagos. As a leader, it is important to me to make decisions and take responsibility. Even when under pressure, I can demonstrate that I can still maintain control and always remain fair to the members. Loyalty and cohesion are core values and are my main focus. I will always look after the interests of the gang members so that they have a stable gang experience and I will listen to and respond to their opinions.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Be kind to newbies , teach them to how to play.
3.2 0 warnings , any rulebreakers will be punished.
3.3 60+ actives and 2 hostages per 2 hours
3.4 get all graffitis max profit.
3.5 good relations with other gangs.
3.6 good experienced deputys to help newbies.
3.7 3 store robbery per day
3.8 2 fz per day to improve rp with NG
3.9 good bonus system to get more ppls.
