Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. First of all i have been playing in the crime side for good amount of time as a turfer event leader and vagos is my most favourite gangs of all time i would to be a leader of this gang to express my duties and responsibilites as a leader by following the server rules.
2. As Vagos Hq is far away from Main Ghetto nearby beach ghetto so i would to rule the beach ghetto with my gang members by maintaining a good activity and not being toxic as i am a man of my work not words.
3. As the warhouse Hq is easy to accessible so it will be easier for me and my gang turfers to quickly get weapons and clapp others also the Hq formation of the gang is too good and attractive which will attract the attention of people to join vagos and become a part of the most dangerous gang in the city which will be lead by me also to get this season 100% Gang turf under my best Turf Team.1. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. The most important aspect in my opinion to improve this organization is to cut out nepotism completely (i.e. giving high command ranks to close friends and family members). For me high command ranks should only be given to those who actually deserve it and have experience in leading before, people who know the rules and ghetto inside and out and are less likely to make a mistake and break any server rules.
2. Secondly, when recruiting players I will look for quality players instead of quantity even if this means we will stay low in numbers for the whole month doesnt matter, the vetting process in most gangs recently has been very loose with many inexperienced players joining and running around in ghetto without knowing a single rule causing the org warnings and looking weak and chaotic in front of other gangs and org's.
3. I have an almost perfect record with being in the city mostly in the ghetto for good amount of time. I strive to have a clean record in the org as well and will not tolerate mistakes from anyone, close friend or not.if someone makes mistake i will take the proper decision to make sure there is no favourism or anything.
