I want to be an leader for this organization as i have been in this organization in diffrent cities and in en 3 also a lot and i was always a hc so this oganization is the place which is connected to the bottom of my heart, and i am well aware of rp rules and situations as i have been a part of legaland illegal organization
i would be aiming for the most active gang in the whole city and making its recongnition throughout the city there will be no nepotism or favourtinism done evryone would have to give interview to me or deputies and the deputies would be efiiciently picked based on their rp knowledge and skill and mangment capability also so that if i am not in city they can play a important role in my absence
i would highly assure that my term is very succesful without geting disbanded between the term for breaking of mass rules and i would be teaching new people in my org about rp things if they dont know as they also need support for their growth there would be 100% of honesty dedication and hardowrk will be done by me as well as my team and they will always other members of oranization 0 % tolerance policy would be adopted for racism nepotism or favourtininsm as everyone deserve fair and right chance coz they also have their own dignity
