Dear Admin, I was banned under GR 1.4 with a 9999-day ban on my main account. However, I only own two accounts in total: my main account and one secondary account. According to the rules, players are allowed to have one additional account. GR 1.4 states that if a player has more than one additional account, the main account may be banned for up to 60 days. Since I only have two accounts in total, this rule should not apply to me in the way it has been enforced. I kindly ask you to review my case, as it seems there may have been a mistake.
