jass kirigaya was born in Tokyo, Japan. His parents never loved him. His parents wanted to get rid of him, so they decided to ask his neighbor to kidnap him. One day, when playing cricket with his friends. He got kidnapped in a van, his head got hit hard, he got unconscious, and woke up in an unknown city below a bridge. It was difficult for him to survive in an unknown town. He was alone and helpless, then a kind police man saw him and questioned him about his parents. Jasskirigaya said he didn't know anything (had memory loss due to hitting his head in the van, so the police man took him to his house and adopted him.
The man who adopted him was a sergeant in the LSPD. Jasskirigaya started living with him. The man got him enrolled in school. His uncle was a police officer. He also wanted to be a police officer like his uncle. He got enrolled in the police department with his uncle's connections. At the age of 22, his uncle died. His uncle was brutally murdered by a criminal. He was so sad those days after his uncle passed away. He wanted revenge and the murderer dead. After this incident, he was in the LSPD, but started investigating this case and keeping an eye on every underworld activity to get any information related to his uncle's murderer. Then, he saw a bounty placed on the guy who murdered his uncle, as he was a famous underworld gangster. He found the murderer, killed him, and earned 5 million dollars for this. He started working in the underworld, taking bounties and doing corruption
Career Story:
Jasskirigaya started as a trooper in LSPD with the help of his uncle's connections. After his uncle's death, he got promoted to the rank of sergeant in lspd, with the help of his underworld connections, he met a corrupt SAPD officer who was in high command. Then, that sahp officer offered him to join sahp as S.W.A.T. unit after seeing the hard work of Jasskirigaya and knowing that they could be partners in corruption. Then Jasskirigaya started doing corruption with him and robbing people soon, he got promoted to Chief of Staff in SAHP. Then he transferred to FIB with his corruption partner as an 00agent, worked 3 weeks in FIB, then transferred to the Army with high rank of Assistant General and started selling information/trucks and letting someone trespass in a military base in exchange for money.
Outcomes:
1. Jasss can make criminals to drop their weapons and illegal items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market. (Not NG items, with additionals the suspect should follow fear rp)
2. Jass can be Hostage by taking a bribe (Up to 100k)
3. Jasss uses drugs and illegal weapons on/off duty.
4. Jasss can refuse to show his ID to any civilian and any other orgs Leo’s
5. Jass can take bribe upto 100k for leaving his 10-15 or family members
6. jasss can leave the NG base alone while being on duty. (cannot go inside the ghetto on duty).
7. Jasss can break body cam's and smash them up using /try commands. (Won't break Gen rule 6.1)(only /try and twice per situation)
8. Jasss can go into Ghetto Off Duty and can Kill/Rob people with his family members.(not entering gang HQ)
