3.1 Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited

I got banned for insulting OOC
I havent insulted the person OOC

Ive asked for his name, he said Jax, I assumed he is turkish.. i didn't insult him other than that.. just that he was a negative person.
He started with "Fuck off"
I continue to say "fuck off or fuck the horse"

So what?
its on the same level as "fuck off"

by the way having sex is healthy for your body.

I will appreciate if you reduce the ban time or remove it completely.
