hello sir

i am Tejash Galaxy i have dream to become Admin and i apply and I don't know the reason why my application got rejected by Shisui UchihaXx sir tell me Not welcome into admin team can you tell me the reason sir can and i have good knowledge about RP sir and sir I know I am leader and admin blacklist from en2 but have a dream to become a admin or leader and sir in en2 I get Ban for only general rule 4.1 for 60 days and that time my laptop problem sir and I have the proofs sir and please give me a chance to become a leader or admin in en3 and I apply for Admin again or in future sir.
