So i made a ticket last night to ask a simple question about NG base, if it counts as a Red Zone so that i know if am allowed to kill soldiers inside the base without demands or not.
This admin took the ticket and didnt answer properly my question, saying that "main barracks is GZ" which me and everyone in city already knows that because its a scripted GZ and also mentioned on the screen.
I replied to his answer to elaborate more and help him understand more my question asking, if i can shoot soldiers at the gates without demands BUT he preferred to not help and tell me "You already have your answer, proceed as understood".
Alr so if the admins wont take a minute of their time to answer tickets properly because they dont know the correct answers, let me know so i dont do any tickets from now and PROCEED as i understood.
