2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have always valued teamwork, organization and planning thruoghout my RP experience. What motivates me the most about taking a Leadership is being able to give both sides (leo and gang) better roleplay experience while also adding to the ghetto's Dynamics.
- As a leader, I will direct my members both illegal activites and their knowledge development(about server rules, systems etc.). One of my goal is ensure that everyone in server who is active in ghetto or leo side has an active, enjoyable RP.
- I like to take responsibility, find solutions in crisis moments, take risks if it's necessary and communicate with other people. I would like to evaluate this characteristics in best possible way, becoming a leader of an organisation.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- My gang will raid other gangs daily, it will increase the competition in ghetto.
- Every single member in my gang must be active both ghetto (also highway) and all events like store robbery, FZ raid, hostage situation
- I will make sure that both myself and my high commands have zero tolerance for any kind of rulebreak(s) in the organization. Even if someone doesn’t know a single rule, he or she will learn the rules.
- I want to take the gang RPs to next level. Like not only killing and robbing people in ghetto and highways. I want to create RP situations like a capitol attack with senior crime's approval or make hostage situations between gangs (like taking a hc as hostage from different gang) between all gangs (if curators allow it).

- To take 2nd Term.
