Insufficient evidence
When you were shot, shooter's ID was not visible in your POV, and the drone's footage is not conclusive evidence that those on the roof shot you. It may have been one of them, all of them, or someone else who was not on the roof at the time the drone arrived. We do not punish based on probability.​
