Approved UB Demand + Fail RP | 235278

I was waiting for valuable container minding my own buisness when player ID 235278 arrived and proceeded to give me UB demands by counting me down with no prior RP. It can be seen at 0:37 of my proofs provided of course once he gave me demands I wasn't going to let him scare me away so I protected myself, at 1:01 of my proofs you can see player ID 235278 is talking whilst dead in RP chat saying "EZ GOV" , "NICE UB DEMANTS" therefore committing Fail RP. I think it is unfair to threaten me with OOC punishments because HE decided it would be a good idea to give me demands out of nowhere, please deal with this accordingly thank you.
