At the TS 0.39 :
204395 did the Fail RP by saying ,"If we try to harm the hostage (example : Cutting Fingers Down), They will shoot us in a Threat situation in the contrary of negotiation we gave threat to LEOS that if they not listenning our words to start negotition with only three people, we will harm the Hostage. As A LEO 204395 they should show concern for the safety of the Hostage. Instead that guy's saying they will clap us... I don't think so he is acting like a LEO in that Situation.
At the TS 1.54 :
142731 did Fear RP as well as Fail RP, when the negotiation is going on and we have guns in our hand and we are more than 8 people. That guy has no concern about his lose of life. Instead of showing fear for his life he just ran away and after that while we have a hostage except the guy, He as well as all other LEOS were also shooting on us and the another LEO 209548 too. You can see in the POV 209548 is also been killed by that guys rulebreak attempts. All other LEOS also messed up created a shooting scenario instead of showing concern of another LEOs' 209548 life.
At the TS 1.58 :
209548 also did the Fear RP while we had gun and aiming the hostage 142731, 150532 and 204395 also klled the remain hosatge as wll as shot us while we point gun on the remain hostage.
At the TS 2.20 :
150532 did Fail RP and Power Gaming by cuffing 2 times while a person gave gun on his hand. but not saying a single words while Every LEO should say that I gonna Cuff you or any another words to acknowledeg the Opposite person that he gonna be Cuffed. But in the POV you can see that That guy is not following the proper role of a LEO.
In the whole Scenario while the Negotiation messed up, another Officers who were shooting from a distance in that time Their IDs were not visible but you can see that they did a massive gun fire on us while we have hosatge in our gun points, Moreover they killed Hostage too.
I am guessing that 142731,150532,209548 lead the massive rulebreak and also guessing that those guys from FIB, So I am requesting FIB Curators to take this thread and give us the final hearing about the massive rulebreak.
