Ans :-
I have been in state organisation for a while, which include Government to LSPD to NG and SAHP. Throughout this process,
I have also frequently been Minishter of state in GOV , Brigadier General in NG , HR In EMS , Deputy Head Of Department In LSPD ,
whenever leaders above me were not available which in turn sharpened my management and leading skills.
My reason for wanting to be the SAHP Leader: I want to lead San Andreas Highway Patrol because i care about keeping our roads, highways safe and crime rate low. My objective will be to have consistent patrolling which stops illegal activities, helps citizens with license plate and insurance needs, ensures at least one trooper always in the lobby. I would also like to see people support events to the highest level possible and for SAHP to stay as one of the most active and recognized organizations in state.
I think leadership should be based on fairness and growth. I will make sure that promotions and advancement are based on performance not favoritism. I want SAHP to be a family where all troopers are appreciated, inspired and on the same page with one mission, serving others and keeping our highways safe.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans :-
My first step will be to make communications with other good as much as i can so we can make decision together in every situation with other orgs to and also having a good communication is one of the best key to win every fight in such a way that if our communication is good with other orgs we can make decision together which will help us a lot
I will make sure that PR department which is very inactive most of the time in many organization legal organizations will be active 24/7 i will make sure that i will hire as much experienced officers to PR department that they can do a PR event daily and with different ideas which can attract the citizens more and Traffic enforcement one of the most important department in SAHP i will make sure that every one even a trainee of this department is active enough that they can clean the San Andreas Highways from the cars..........

SWAT {Special Weapons And Tactics} is a special team which Respond to every Situation which is not handled by normal Leos there job is to protect and fight against dangerous criminals and gangs they also use special types of weapon which they are only allowed to use
PR:
PR {Public Relations} is a team which organizes different events for civilian of Los Santos their job is to make more creative events and attract with civilians as much as they can . there main priority is make and lead different events
HRT
HRT {Human Resources and training} their job is one of the most important job in the whole organization their job is to hire new officers to the organization and also their job is to train them regarding to rules of this organization. they also take interviews of newbies
IA {Internal Affairs}
IA {Internal Affairs} is another very important department in the whole organization there job is to caught and deal with different cases and keep the corruption away from this organization there is to kept their eyes on different units if they are specious that they are involve in criminal activity their job is to investigate it and caught them.
TE {Traffic enforcement}
TE {Traffic enforcement} is the second most important department in SAHP because their main job is to clean the city from the cars which are illegally parked and their job is also to give fines and and toe the cars and make the city clean as they can and their job is also to petrol the highway and find if there is any criminal activity going on the highway
