1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to contribute more directly to the server’s growth and community management rather than only participating in RP. Being an admin allows me to help maintain fairness, support players, solve conflicts, and create a better RP environment for everyone.

2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)

• I was in FIB most of the time almost 6 terms since 2022. (Most of the terms I was High Command)
• I was in the Families and Ballas gang. ( I was high command in the Families)
• I was in SAHP temporarily when FIB was on freeze.

3. What are your strengths?

• Strong activity (6–7 hours daily, highly consistent)
• Previous admin experience (familiar with responsibilities and expectations)
• Good communication skills and bilingual (Turkish & English)
• Fair, calm, and patient in conflict situations

4. What are your weaknesses?

• Sometimes overly focused on details
• Can be strict when enforcing rules

5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?

• Prior administrative experience
• Knowledge of both crime and state RP structures
• Ability to mediate and resolve player disputes fairly
• High availability, ensuring consistent coverage in Turkish timezone

No, I am available and have no current IRL issues preventing activity.

I have been active in the server for a long time, know the community well, and have previously served as an admin. I am dedicated to helping the server grow and ensuring players enjoy a fair and immersive RP experience.
