2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have worked as a leo i have been in Sahp, Lspd and Fib as a High Command i learned everything single thing about how a state organisation works and runs and i feel there should be more changes done kn organisation if i become the Sheriff i would work hard for my organisation and for city. I have lot of plans for SAHP like keeping the city clean from criminals, keep an eye on Traffic department lot of fun Public relation events will do everything once i get the chance as a chief.
2. I want to lead SAHP in a way that everyone should be professional with there work will help other organisation also in every situations they need us. I have strong leadership skills good communication and will maintain a good relations with other state orgs. I will make sure that even if we are doing own operations will try to help other orgs and support them.
3. Also i am active in city alot and i am well experienced in Leo’s as i mentioned i can really lead LSPD very well. I have alot of friends here who will join and help me to run this organisation very well and also will make sure that we don’t do any rule break. Arrest & Patrolling: I will put the best HR officers in my term will make sure the new officer will get trained well and surely they will get to know how to do a proper arrest and patrolling.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Bonus system: Will make sure that the officer who are working will get good bonus and on time!
Promotions: Every week there will be a promotion ceremony for those who deserve it Our IA department will check daily activity on that basis they will get promotion.
Staff & HC: Our HC staff will be selected by interview no rank chasers will be allowed in SAHP . Officers will get the rank they deserve when they give interview. Also there will be no favouritism in my term those who deserve it will get it. Promotions will be given each week.
Training of New Officer’s: Will make sure that new officers will get trained very well and make sure they know every basic rules. I have seen lot of officers who don’t do proper RP i will make sure our HR will give full training and will get paid good bonuses for that.
Public Relations: There will be a Proper PR team to communicate with citizens and hold events as much as we can and will have the best events.
S.W.A.T Dept: i will talk to Ng leader to give us permission to enter Ng base for getting training for our new officers.
Highway Patrolling: Will make sure at least 2-3 Officers are on Highway to protect it from gangs will try to reduce crime rate.
