Some time ago, both my main and alternate accounts were penalized due to multiple violations on the forum. My main account has recently been reinstated after one year, for which I am truly grateful. However, it seems that my alternate account was not reactivated at the same time.
I kindly request your assistance in reviewing this matter and reopening my alternate account as well. I sincerely apologize once again for my past mistakes, and I assure you that I will abide by the rules and community guidelines moving forward.
