1) Ever since I started This Project, I have been passionate about joining the organization and becoming its leader.

2) After that, I joined LSPD and got experience there. The environment there was very good. Everyone there, the staff, etc. were all good. So I also became more interested in becoming a leader.

• I will improve the RP in such a way that whoever works under me, we will talk nicely. That They Will Also interested.
• I will give them a good bonus any one who works hard and dose a good job he deserved it
• We give proper training to every one and show them how the situation works.
• If a person has any problems in training or is not understanding something or has a problem in a situation, we will also involve them in situations so that they have experience. For Handle any situation
• We'll look at all the things a new staff member wants to learn.
• whoever does not have good experience, we will train him, after that we will give him a good rank, step by step, we will not show favoritism, even if he is my friend.
• If any situation not going on we will be friendly with all the staff. If any situation arives, we will have to be professional so that there is no one breaking the rules and they know how to be professional.
