2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
I want to lead SAHP because I see its potential to be one of the strongest and most respected orgs in the city. I’ve always enjoyed teamwork, structure, and helping others grow, and I believe I can bring that energy to SAHP. I’m not in it for the title — I genuinely want to build a positive, active, and well-organized environment. I've seen what good leadership can do, and I’m ready to step up and provide that. My goal is to make SAHP a place people are proud to be part of.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
My intention is very clear. I'm going to build a great human resources department, making the recruitment process more fluid and training new staff within maximum efficiency. Of course, I will also create a functioning Field Training Officer (FTO) program to remedy the biggest flaw personally seen last time — too many SAHP officers who are not properly trained in their responsibilities. With this wallet system in place, it will allow for more checks and balances to ensure that all members are contributing the high standard of roleplay we expect.
Bonuses will depend on performance, only the deserving who have worked hard to earn advancement will get them. Fairness and transparency will be ensured by conducting weekly checks. All rank proofs and documents shall be carefully verified to ensure that they are not making false claims and maintaining the potential for fraudulent activity within the organization. Additionally, there will be no room for favoritism, just as I maintained complete fairness and merit-based decisions in all my previous organizations where I served as Deputy or Leader. Considering my strong reputation in the city, I am confident that many people will be motivated to join SAHP when they see me in the position of leader.
