Additional information
1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 My Background & Experience
-My RP career has been built mainly on legal organizations. From being played in FIB as an Agent and Handler, where I built investigation and undercover skills, to being played in SAHP where I gained experience in field command, high-speed chases, and tactical coordination, I have built a good foundation in law enforcement. Among all legal orgs, SAHP has always attracted me because it requires precision, discipline, and great teamwork. The roads are the lifeblood of the city, and to secure them is a challenge I would love to take at the top level.
2.2 My Vision for SAHP
I would wish to transform SAHP into a professional, well-regarded, and dynamic organization. Far too often, enemy forces consider SAHP as "just traffic cops" or a reserve org. I would like to break that myth. With good training, units, and action, SAHP can be one of the most respected orgs within the state. My goal is to make SAHP officers always present on highways, chasing vehicles, assisting LSPD within the city when necessary, and coordinating with FIB in investigations.
2.3 Why Me?
I am not campaigning for this leadership position due to the title, but due to my love for legal RP and my desire to build something that the members will be proud of. I know how frustrating favoritism, lack of training, or inactive leaders are. At my time, promotions will be granted based on what you earn, not get handed. Toxicity and abuse of power will not be tolerated. I want to build a team that is like family but with hard IC discipline.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Increased Roleplay-Based Scenarios: Highway patrol, speed cameras used for issuing citations, towing illegally parked cars, and strict RP command following in every activity.
- Enhanced Inter-Organizational Relations: Develop and keep healthy relationships with other law enforcement organizations to improve coordination and RP depth.
- Patrol Professionalism: Professionalize the police officers, do not combine, and handle every situation IC with discipline and seriousness.
- Faster and Organized Response: Ramp up response to incidents, robberies, and city calls with a strong High Command to lead units.
Departments Under SAHP
- Internal Affairs (IA): Maintains officers free of corruption, properly licensed, and in city ordinance compliance.
- Human Resources (HR): In charge of training, recruitment, and only recruiting highly prepared officers to represent the SAHP.
- Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): Experienced and trained units leading ghetto patrols, raids, and large events.
- Traffic Enforcement (TE): Oversees traffic safety, fines collected, towing illegally parked vehicles, and city patrols.
My Objectives as LSPD Leader
- Maximize all event and operation attendance.
- Maintain maximum activity on a day-to-day basis through patrols, fines, and towing services.
- Develop and train every officer to professional levels.
- Deliver a successful, respected, and corruption-free term for SAHP.
Thanks for taking the time to read my application
My regards,
