i would explain the situation , so i took his bounty from darknet since he is wanted by the state and was chasing him from past 10 mins and when i found him adminstration Vecna gave me warn for RDM.
As much im aware he asked me to refer to GR6.15 ( Basically RDM ) but for bounty i don't need to give him demands as much as i am aware because it wouldn't be real by saying that "Hey buddy i got your murder ( bounty order ) so just get off the car and die ".

Additionally its clearly visible on his head kill mark that confirms my bounty target and will share proof of his bounty .

Additionally i also request to pin or post somewhere where we can know if some rules are modified or changed. ( just like abut overlay recording and others )
