1) Strong Passion for Leos
Throuout my RP Life i have worked in all the state and private organisation. During that time i have admired the role of police officers and creeated a lovely memories. This has helped me in becoming better and knowing the responsibilities of being in a state organization. and now i think i am ready for the next step that is leading a state organisation.

2) Strong Leadership and Organizational Skills.
I have experience managing teams and collaborating with individuals of all backgrounds from complete beginners to seasoned Los Santos residents. If i become the Sheriff i will make sure that the system of SAHP is equally balanced for all residents of los santos.My aim is to maintain a balance between enjoying and being professional, so that the organization is disciplined but stimulating for everyone.

(ii) I'll make sure to Give Bonuses to the officer who is Working For the Organization.

(iii) Everyone will get the rank they deserved.

(iv) I'll Increases The Role play in Events Like Store, Gun Store Robbery, Hostage Situation etc So they look More realistic.

(v) I'll make sure to do one state wave and One SAHP event for only the members of the SAHP.

(vi) Hiring Best Deputies and Highcommand That they can handle the Org in absence of me.

DEPARTMENTS​

Highway Patrol (HWP) – This department will do patrolling in highway and make sure the highway and sandy shores is safer from illegal gang activities.​

Human Resource ( HR ) - The responsibility of this department is to give training to members.​

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) – The responsibility of this department is to respond to the global as fast as they can to attend all the events.​

Internal Affairs (IA) - This Department will check the activity of the units and do to regular check up.​

CRIME INVESTIGATION UNIT (CIU) - Handles investigations of major crimes, collect evidence and works closely with FIB when needed.​

PUBLIC RELATION (PR) - Acts as the bridge between SAHP and the public. They help maintain a positive image of SAHP and improve citizen and officer interaction.​
