2. Why do u want to become the leader of these specific organisation? Explain with 3 reason.
1. I have been long in state organisation where I serve a lot of terms in lspd ng shap fib . I start my journey in lspd as a patrol officer and gain high command ranks after hard work of months now I want to end my lspd journey from start to leader now. I gained hod cos dhod where i develop managing and leading skill in absence of leader
2. I want to become the leader of Los santos police department because I want to clean whole Los santos city by gangs and crime family . Will ensure that 24/7 tow will be do to maintain discipline so that citizen can’t park illegal lspd will be most active state org in city and make a history .
3. According to me, leadership is developed from stickiness and growth. Over a time u learned how to manage teams , guide new members and manage hard situation. As a leader, I will not only command I motivate my officers to give their best in the organisation. My goal is not lead but do something which make history in the state organisation..
3. Ur advice to improve role play in the organisation.
1. Always help newcomers and encourage them to join san andreas highway patrol to gain them experience as a leo while working for our state.
2. Always cover 24/7 lobby for citizen problems and their need.
3. Human resource and training department take interview and give rank according to the exp to avoid favouritism.
4. Do at least 1 or more event every day in city to get good public relation and give them can opportunity to earn money.
5. Reduce all the crime hws and cities by doing patrolling and check points which realistic and improve roleplay in the organisation.
6. There will be a proper department with cos to avoid problem inside the org and run better.
7. Make good relation with other organisation by supporting them provide them backup assist in their very small and big mission.
8. Doing leader meeting with others leader to work on our weak point and improve it.
9. Will assure there will be a proper communication in department if someone did wrong action will taken.
