2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.i am long time in the City and from the start of my carrier in the Billy Boxer Term as a Junior since then i loved the legal organization but always been around LSPD i loved there the team and the place it was like catch for me. LSPD in that time i earned allot of knowledge as a High Command and aswell allot of experience i gained throw differend department Like HRT,SWAT,TE,IA. I have worked in SAHP,LSPD,FIB and gained painty of knowledge about the responsibility of a organization / org Leader that makes me a good leader with great experience.
2.One of the biggest issues i have been facing was favoritism including as well in LSPD Favoritism is no respect for the lower ranked officers and High Command abusing. sometimes get promoted based on personal connections or fake proofs while we had allot of hard working officers then the ones that din’t deserved the rank. Favoritism has allot of issues like Less motivated officers or full ignorance on the low ranked officers it was like there been looked down on what i want to fix as a leader so always its stays Fair so ranks going to be given to the most working officers and that the low ranks and high commands always respect each other,that as well going to improve our team work and our respect with in departments
3.when i become the Leader of LSPD, i will make sure to make a successful term and Beat the records and as well be always out of conflicts what happens between our agent or Internal issues so we can make LSPD one of the best organization again, keeping our relation with the other organization in a good level and helping them with assisting on missions or Reducing crime rates and traffic violations on the city and we always think about assisting our citizens by always giving our best to support our citizens of los santos.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My frist moves going to be as a leader to make our Communications better so we make better decision together in every Situations with other organization good communications is the key to win will help us in a fight or even a meeting i will make sure that all our department are active so we don't look down one all our department get supported when its inactive to improve it that we always stay active all of our Chief of Staff or Head of Department have the best knowledge about the department to make it great.

SWAT [Special Weapons And Tactics] is our special team of all trained officers which respond on every situations [Gp,Store,BM,etc] and handled it professionally and fight against dangerous criminals or gangs they also use special types of weapons which they are only allowed to us
PR:
PR [Public Relations] is a special team which organizes for fun or engaging events for the citizens of Los Santos, Their main goal is to interact with the community in creative ways and build a good image of LSPD , and be as well always there for the citizen for fun events
TE
TE [Traffic Enforcement] its one of the most important department their job is to clean the cars which are illegal parked and also given fines and toe the cars and make sure that the highway stays clean and fresh
IA
[Internal Affairs] aswell one of the most important department their job is to caught and deal with different cases and keep the corruption away from this organization there is to keep their eyes everywhere if they see something wrong they will investigate it and caught them
HRT
HRT[Human Resources and training] their job is the most important one of the whole organization their job is to train and hire the citizen and them regarding to the rules of the organization. with a interviews they will find new officers
