2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• I have a Plenty of Experience in the Grand Roleplay in the EN1 Server. I used to be one of the highest commands one can be. After all the efforts of mine, i didn't feel satisfied with the work, so i wished to become a Leader of a Legal Organization. Since there are a lot of People in EN1, I Didn't get a Chance to even reach to the Interview Phase. But Now, i am Clear with my goal and wish to Become a Leader of San Andreas National Guard (SANG) in EN3.
• With the Best Ability of Roleplaying any character and Being, I Can Hereby Declare that i can be one of the Best Leader's in the Server. I Will Never Promote any Favouritism, Nepotism or any kind that will harm RP & not justify my actions. i know all the Rules & IC Rules for any Legal Organization. I wish to Proceed to the Interview, in order to Showcase my Skills!
• With the Power of Knowledge of the Rules, i can Roleplay in all kinds and Will never back down from my duties. As you can see my Past in EN3, I Joined EN3 & i got to Rank Commisioner (28) within a week in LSPD with my Roleplaying & Leading the Organization in Events. I Took a Transfer into SAHP, Cleared the Interview & Got Rank 28 (Commander) i.e. Under Deputy in SAHP. I'm Continued my RP Journey in FIB with Chief of Staff (27) & Then as Brigadier General (27) in NG But Wish to Lead the Best Organization in the City. I hope My Experiences & my Knowledge of RP will help me Reach to the Interview where i can Showcase my Skills!

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

• Maximum RP Shown by the Federals
• Use of Radio for Only Doing RP & Special Cases
• Changing Inactive HC's to the New Active One's
• Attend Maximum Events with Proper RP
• Promote RP within the Organization
• Showcase no Favouritism in the Organization
• Goal of Covering Gates 24x7

DEPARTMENTS​

Human Resource: Human Resource i.e. HR will be the Core of the Organization as it will Hire People in the Organization, Take Interviews & also Assign Ranks to the New Comers into the Organization. They Will Take Responsibility for the Organization Member's Logs & Giving Trainings!​

Military Police: MP will take care of the Officer's BGC, Lisences & Will Solve any kind of Dispute within as well as with the Other Organizations on behalf of SANG! They will Also take care of Internal Affairs of the Department.

Air Force: Air Force take Responsibility of Guarding the Skies of the Los Santos by Using Helicopters & Jets to protect the City as well as the Outskirts. They will Also Perform Operations to Clear the FZ by Guarding the Gates via the Air.

Battlefield Advanced Tactics: BAT will take Lead in all the events like Robberies & Hostage Situations & Will be the First to Respond to it. They will take lead & Nullify the Situations based upon their Jobs & Tasks Assigned!
