The problem started around June–July when I upgraded my CPU to an i9 14th Gen. On that CPU, I wasn’t able to play games like Valorant, GTA 5, and Grand RP due to issues with that generation. Later, in September, I switched to a Ryzen 9 9950X3D, and since then I’ve been able to play every game without any problems. After fixing the issue, I tried to join Grand RP again on September 16, but I discovered that my account had been banned with the reason as “Security Ban.” I haven’t done anything wrong, so I kindly request you to review my case and unban my account.
