I was being robbed by a gang outside DOC, I pull over and put my hands up.
Marcus is spamming chat saying:

While my hands are up and while I'm complying...
I respond in VC "Shut up Marcus" as the RP was being interrupted for no reason.
get immediately blocked for 5 days.
