Life Story:
Quandale Wickk was born in Essex, England. After his birth, his parents had abandoned him, and he was adopted by a old couples. Quandale was not a very healthy child, he often used to suffer from diseases due to low immunity. As Quandale grew up, he realized that he had constant headaches daily, sometimes he used to get fatigued. He told this to his so-called parents, who adopted him. Once again, they took Quandale to an hospital where the doctor performed a lot of tests. The parents and Quandale was expecting common diseases again as usual, but the destiny had other plans. After an MRI Report of Quandale's brain, he was diagnosed with a malignant Brain Tumor. The doctors, weren't sure if Quandale would make it even after the treatment, but this was least of the worries as the couples weren't rich enough to pay for the surgery and which resulted Quandale being transferred into a Government hospital with no fancy services. Miraculously, Mr, Wickk was treated by a well known doctor which resulted in his surgery to go well. He was treated and completely recovered. He was very thankful to his parents and the doctors. As a result of these life changing injuries, Quandale turned to crime because he was so angry with the wold. He began to sell drugs and commit horrific crimes and became a monster.
Career Story:
Quandale Wickk found an interest in the state legislation that is held within the state of San Andreas, he turned from violent misconduct to a fair and just man. He wanted nothing but equality for people within the state. After his tremendous success in the Department of Justice within the Government he decided to join the Los Santos Police Department as a District attorney, Quandale Wickk at this point had completely turned his life around for the better. After his term in LSPD as a high command and district attorney, he decided to join the Government once again and lead the department of the United States Secret Service. Despite his successes in the LSPD and GOV, Quandales anger issues and aggression caused by his losses and wrong doing in the past often got the better of him. In some cases, he resorted to violence and brutality, further damaging the police department's reputation. No matter what, he is confident that he will bring true justice to this city in need.
Outcomes:
1) Quandale can lie about requesting a lawyer, lie about identification/not to show any identification to any suspect/lawyer/State Employee(FIB, EMS, GOV, LSPD, SAHP).
2) Quandalecan take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
3) Quandale can destroy devices such as body cams and radios and can find hidden ones with (/try command 2 times per situation)
4) Quandalecan start Prison breaks (Not random, only with darknet task or USB).
