Dear Higherups,

I was told that my application is pending for the next selection yet i got rejected again im putting a lot of effort and time here and i really want to get the experience of admin team im playing here for now 1.5 yrs and i have got experience of every single thing we can do here, please tell me the reason of rejection so i can improve myself before applying next time it will be very helpfull if you tell me that.
