2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
a.Consistency
I would say that past terms have lacked structure and consistency. Specifically with how departments work and how they integrate with each other. I will work to bring a clear direction for all departments, while also having them be held accountable for not completing their jobs properly. All officers will be required to be in at least 1 department after completing training.
b. Personal Connection
I have a strong personal connection within the LSPD as it was the first organization I joined when I flew into the city in 2021. I truly believe that it shaped my interest within the city and my need for proper roleplay and teamwork in all situations. I have had many roles within the LSPD, from DHOD of SWAT and HRT, to HOD of HRT, and even COS of HRT within the Ali Anonymous term. I feel that leading this department will give me the chance to give back to the city and help LSPD become the respected organization that it needs to be.
c. Skilled and Motivated Officers
I believe a main concern of mine is recruiting officers that are not only dedicated to LSPD, but are dedicated to keeping the city safe. I will make sure that the officers are active and participating in events. My high command will give all other officers fair opportunities within the LSPD, as well as give promotions based solely on merit.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
a. Commitment to Scenarios
All officers within the LSPD will receive training on different scenarios and how to go about completing them. All officers will be required to fully commit to all RP situations as if they were right there. And will be punished if they do not. I want the commitment to each scenario to be creative by having the officers use their environment to turn all emergency calls, patrols, or events into memorable experiences.
b. Consistency and Teamwork
Again, a strong chain of command and high command within departments will be essential within my term. I want all departments to train together, and to be able to integrate with one another. At the same time professionalism must be upheld at all times.
c. Departments
All departments will have specific roles to play within the LSPD that are extremely important. Internal Affairs will make sure that everyone is doing what they are supposed to. Human Resources and Training will be dedicated to hiring and training units. Special Weapons and Tactics will be dedicated to hostage situations and advanced tactics. Public Relations will be dedicated to hosting public events so that the city knows of LSPD. And last but not least TE will be making sure all traffic laws are followed, and that the illegally parked vehicles are towed.
