2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i’ve been part of EN3 for over a month, and it’s quickly become my favorite place to play. Along the way, I’ve picked up what good roleplay looks like, but I’ve also noticed some spots where we can get better. I want to step up because I care about making RP more fun and meaningful for everyone.
I’m committed to staying active and giving my best every day I lead. I want to keep the city lively, make roleplay more exciting, and bring positive energy to the server. Plus, I have a solid team of experienced, active people who understand the value of good RP and can step in to keep things running smoothly if I’m ever away for a bit.
I’ve been a Lieutenant General before and understand leadership well. If given the chance to lead again, I’ll focus on creating fun, realistic roleplay that helps players learn and enjoy the server. I want to build a supportive community where everyone feels welcome.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1.SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics): The SWAT team is called in for high-risk situations like hostage rescues, armed standoffs, or dangerous raids. They’re specially trained to handle the toughest calls.
2.Internal Affairs: This department keeps the organization honest. They investigate complaints against officers, make sure everyone follows the rules, and work to maintain trust and professionalism.
3.Human Resource: New recruits and current officers get their training here. This team runs classes, drills, and helps everyone improve their skills and roleplay abilities
4.Highway Patrol: They would patrol around the Highway by road and Air and would response to situations as fast as they can after SRT.

- Collaborate with other groups for joint missions and fresh RP experiences.
- Promote natural and clear in-game commands to keep RP believable.
- Run regular arrest training to boost trooper readiness and engagement.
- Increase helicopter use for patrols to add realism and quick support.
