2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 I have been in city for 2 and half years and my first LEO org was LSPDFrom there I learned how LSPD works and I really liked it a lotI also seen how city works and how RP happens in every side.This gave me good experience in law and how to handle situations I feel I can use this to guide LSPD in better way My aim is to make department active and fair for everyone

2.2 I have worked in many big orgs like LSPD FIB SAHP NG and GOVMostly I was high command and handled HR and SWAT many times I am good in communication and shooting so I was able to guide my team I also learned how every department works and what problems they face With this knowledge I can solve issues faster and plan better for futureI think this experience makes me ready to lead LSPD strongly


2.3 I want to bring new ideas and more activity in LSPD I will focus on towing SWAT and also good relation with public I want people to see LSPD as helpful and not only strict
I know how gangs think so I can use creativity to deal with them This will make RP more fun and also keep law stronger My goal is to make LSPD most trusted and respected org in city


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Human Resources & Training (HRT)

  • HRT is very important for LSPD because it hires and trains new cops
  • I will make sure new recruits get good training from start
  • I want to keep record of every officer and check how they improve
  • Old members will also get refresher training to stay updated
  • This will make all officers active and more professional
3.2 Towing Department
  • Towing is weak in LSPD and I want to fix it
  • I will give some officers only towing duty
  • There will be weekly targets for towing and ticketing
  • City will be split in zones so all areas get covered
  • I will give small rewards to active towing officers

3.3 SWAT & Other Departments
  • SWAT is the strong team of LSPD and I want them more active
  • I will make proper teams with roles like sniper, assaulter, breacher
  • Plan to do joint training with FIB, NG and SAHP for more skills
  • Internal Affairs will check behavior and solve problems fast
  • Public Relations will do events and make good image of LSPD
