2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
A) I’ve wonder that how can even people get into LifeInvader thinking how difficult this organization can be. When I got into the organization, every scenes changed as there was more than ADs. I come over every events and things can be possible so far.And I really enjoyed the organization because everyday is fresh start and with fresh new events.Also,engaging with people everyday was so fun. Indeed,it is a hard organization to master but can be normal in a time. By working in LifeInvader,I started to take care of public relations of the legal organization and had handle it there for 5 terms being as chief of staff.This made me more engaging towards LifeInvader.I had reported many news and had many articles. We get to know more and can interact with people through making news and editing it.Not only it develops our ic reputation but also in our real life as well. It evolves us to think people in our life.By being a leader,I will make sure that people feel the same and make it a engaging organization within the satisfaction of the people or our clients.
B) Employees are always up to editing ads mostly and working on the screen. They don't experience the fresh air that much and does not interact with co workers that much. Also,they don't experience a picnic or tour together. I will make sure that LifeInvader becomes a interactive place for the employees and can enjoy their work having vacations.So,by being a leader I will make sure that employee have well sound body and have daily internal events.
C) I have seen many internal issues in the organization. I will make sure that there should be favoritism and corruption. I will provide them what they should deserve. I will make a goal for them that if they can achieve it, they will be getting that thing what they should be deserve. People will be based on their effort not by their name. Employees lose the hope on their work and low down their work or even leave the organization from it. I will listen the words of the employees and come up with the correct outcome.By this, I will ensure all the internal issues is being solved.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
ADs
The city never sleeps as the ADs doesn't stop to come.We are not always accurate all of the times, but I will make sure that the employees are trying their best.I will make sure that we will have sufficient employees for both sides including day and night shift.My most foremost effort to increase roleplay in this department is to make sure that people are editing ads while sitting in front of the computers at least 30 minutes a day, for their effort they will be paid more than editing ads being idle. People are always editing ads while standing and everywhere.So,to change this flow, I want to take this step in this department
Events
Event department is another crucial department of LifeInvader. I will try to implement the most creative events with brain storming with the employees. It is the part where citizen interact with the employees directly. I will make sure that the employees of this department are well behave and have the foremost capacity to handle the situation. Will be holding events everyday to be connected with the citizens and also the events for employees.
HR&IA
I will make these department combined so the hiring process can be smooth from the first. We will be holding regular IA checkups with the help of the legal organization and also on when the newcomers get accepted in the organization they can be directly train and they can be checked internally without any hassle to get the rank. If the employees have any queries, they can directly reach to human resource and get they doubt clear out from them. Also, employees can directly complain to internal affair and they can look over it and can use the help of legal organization later on.
News
The News Department is also one of the important department of LifeInvader. We flow the knowledge or the happenings of the city through the news department. I will make this department the most interesting one as it is. People are mostly used to cover the news alone. I will encourage them to have a camera man with them and also a backup one for great documentation. This develops the view and respect in front of the organization. I will make sure that we are having the valuable news, not the news just to use. I will make sure that people are getting trained for this department by the high commands. I will shape this department the most fun one.
DJ:
Yes, I want to make sure that we have some DJS in the organization. These people will be hosting the parties and playing songs on different places everyday so the people can forget all the sorrows of the whole day and can have relief in the tunes of the songs.
