A cuffed suspect was on a rooftop. The officer released him by the arm and told him to climb down the ladder. The suspect, while cuffed, climbed down. The officer (197036) did Force RP and Fail RP by forcing the suspect to go downstairs without proper RP (he should have uncuffed him and aimed before ordering him). The suspect (161642) did Powergaming (PG) by going downstairs while cuffed, which is unrealistic.
