So I am kinda new in he game, I took out one of my cars for buying a license plate and a insurance for it and while driving this guy was following me for like 15 minutes or so. The moment I noticed it I started recording my POV and before the POV he rammed me one time when I was in the car. After that I went to a parking station and there was a police, I asked for a help to the police but he was dealing with another guy so he couldn't help me and suddenly two guys started shooting the police and shotted me as well, luckily I didn't die after that the guy I am reporting about started mass ramming my car and killed me on the street which wasn't even a red zone.
