Hello.
We also don't use any malicious software.
I've been banned forever

I made a POV request, but it was out of sync.
I couldn't submit it because it went through a wall and I didn't have a POV, but I was working in Japan and my ping was high so I got a sync error.

Isn't it 30 days rather than a permanent ban?
