2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

2.1 I want to apply for SAHP leadership because I bring extensive leadership experience across multiple organizations. I have served as the Leader of National Guard, multiple times Deputy of NG, SAHP, and Marabunta, and also worked as High Command in all LEO organizations as well as gangs. This has given me exposure to different management styles and operational challenges. I have led GPs, managed departments, organized events, and coordinated casefiles with efficiency. I understand both the LEO and Gang perspectives, which gives me an edge in handling real-time RP situations with fairness and strategy.

2.2 If I get SAHP leadership, I will focus on building a strong Human Resources and Training (HRT) team that ensures new recruits are well-trained and active from day one. I’ve seen how poor HRT affects overall performance, so I’ll eliminate that issue in my term. I also believe in a merit-based promotion system — no favouritism, only performance-based growth. I’ll revise internal rules where necessary to align with RP standards, ensuring the organization is professional, fair, and highly active.

2.3 I plan to implement a reward and recognition system that highlights officers in LI CNN for their contribution. This will encourage officers to put in their best effort. Additionally, I will introduce Air Patrol Units to monitor DOC highways and respond proactively to crimes. This will not only boost SAHP’s visibility but also strengthen coordination with other legal orgs.

3.1 Weekly training sessions for skill improvement.

3.3 Build strong inter-org relationships with all legal organizations.
