I tracked the player to the electric job via FIB's PDA. I attempted to make the arrest after ICly ID'ing the individual, and when I placed them in cuffs, they poofed.

• ID 27075 will receive a punishment for Fail RP
• 6.2 It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc.
