Life Story:
Daryl, the youngest of four children, had travelled overseas with his businessman father. On one of these work trips to Canada, this time slightly more personal as the family had come along for a mini-vacation, things were going fine and dandy until the father came back to their hotel room on day four in an agitated state. The next morning Daryl’s world fell apart when he discovered his parents had been gruesomely murdered in their hotel room.
Since his father’s money and cards had been removed, Daryll was stranded. In fact, the police wrongly suspected of him and subjected him to grueling interrogation. He was released after days of pain and confusion, but completely destroyed. Daryl was on his own and determined to find the pressure points in America and avenge as well as get to the bottom of his parents murder.
Career Story:
When Daryl arrived in the USA, he picked up part-time jobs for survival and learned about the laws and opportunities offered by the country. He was motivated to join the FIB. Daryl graduated through sheer will and became a skilled officer.
One day, off-duty, Daryl happened to witness a grocery store robbery and was forced to comply with the looters’ demands. He later learned that the officers were corrupt, colluding with the very criminals they were supposed to arrest. Daryl was devastated — this discovery shattered his faith in the justice system.
Having shifted to the SAHP, Daryl climbed the ladder swiftly but was into the same rotten structure. Targeted by criminals eager to obtain secretive information and such, he ended up becoming a betrayer, only this time it wasn’t once. He was stored with hopes of becoming a respectable officer but as fate had it he turned out to be everything he detested to be. Power and filth had won.
Outcomes:
1.Daryl can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
2.Daryl can rob/kill citizens in the ghetto, in secluded areas with the help his friends while off duty (following GH 1.8 and SR 5.5)(not against Leo's)
3.Daryl can lie about a lawyer and no need to tell him/her rights)
4.Daryl can refuse to show his ID to protect his identity and maintain privacy)
5.Daryl can detain any one on a false charge and then demand a bribe or weapons from them for their release and whoever fail to give him the bribe maybe arrested.(100k max)
