1. Why do you want to become an admin ? “I want to become an admin in Grand RP because I enjoy supporting the community and making sure everyone has a fair and enjoyable experience. I’ve spent time learning the rules and I believe I can help enforce them consistently, while also guiding new players who may need assistance. I’m motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the server’s growth, prevent rule violations, and create a positive environment for both new and experienced players.

3. What are your strengths? My strengths are communication, organization, multi-tasking and flexibility.
4. What are your weaknesses? My weaknesses are perfectionism I take my time to understand situations and try and gain all the relevant information I need which can some time lead to taking too long on situations.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ? Skills I can bring to an admin team is that I have great multi tasking skills and organization skills which make my work more efficient and run situations smoothly. I have great verbal and written skills for communicating between colleagues or people.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment? No
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application? I believe I would be a reliable and fair addition to the admin team. I am active on the server daily, I know the rules well, and I enjoy helping players whenever I can. I can remain calm and unbiased in difficult situations, and I am committed to supporting the server long-term.
