2.1 Bloods was the first gang i joined in this city, so i have an personnel connection with this gang which will motivate me more to do more thing to this org and by getting leadership of this gang will be a Very big achievement for in my journey I've held the position of deputy in two different gangs, so I know how to Do gang operations and events. I have always taken the lead in Fz Robbery, store robberies, and other activities.
2.2 As Bloods Is in the Main Ghetto area and is very Famous and many people love to join the gang, It also has many roofs which will give us advantage in the gang raids and dominate other gangs. It also has many cars which are fast and gives a gangster vibe.
2.3 I can maintain the gang actively. do many crimes and fulfill my leader responsibilities which will inspire the future gangsters. Also I want To create fear within the leos as it will Help us to be one of the terrorist Organizations. I will do more and more activities which is gonna help us to do capitol attack in my second term.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1 We will do Solar plantations and cannabis seeds to increase the income of the gang, which will help us to clear out the bonuses easily.
3.2 By making sure that here is no toxicity and favoritism in my gang.
3.3 I will make Rp situations like store robber, gun store robbery , Fz raids and hostage situations in the upmost RP To give my gang and other ppl a very good RP exp.
3.4 I will make sure that there is not conflicts between my gang members as it will ruin the RP.
