2.1) When i joined the city for the first time i was a leo and i used to hate the gangster side because i never lived that side but after some time i was getting attracted to gangs and then i started observing them and after observeing for some days i finally left my leo side back and joined the gang i was excited to do ghetto and highway robbery and i started doing that and i learned everything in gang side and slowly slowly i started to lead event after that i became high command in all gangs and even i was 2x Deputy Leader in ballas gang but that was not enough for me i always wanted to become an gang leader and i think i hv been deptuy of ballas this gang would be best for me to become leader and it is located near familis hq it will be easy to clap other and rob
2.2) I saw some gangs who is giving rank normally and inactive in city that i was hardly able to see their gang members in city infact they were facing to many difficulty to do the weekly task and some old leaders lost their leadership because of inactivity and i think now i am capable to become leader and face all the difficulties that will come and ill make sure that there will be minimum rule breaks in my gang. i will only give high command rank to those guyz who will show activity in robbery and in ghetto and i will keep my bonus system best and ill give personal bonus to the guy who will show the most activity in the week from this everyone fill be active

I want to be the leader of Ballas because I have a lot of experience in gang leadership. I was previously the leader of Marabunta, and I have been a deputy many times in almost every gang. I will ensure that my members do not break any server rules. I will make sure everyone respects both the city rules and gang rules so that we maintain immersion and keep the RP professional.
I will keep my gang more active than other gangs by planning consistent events like gun store robberies, 24/7 store robberies, gang raids, FZ raids, etc. The more activities we do, the higher we can elevate the overall roleplay level.
I believe we should have zero toxicity among gang members. 2.1: When I first came to the city I was attracted to the gangs because of their events, street fights, robberies and turf wars. I got into a gang and learned a lot about gangs. I have also been in a senior position and have successfully organized events on my own. I always wanted to be a gang leader and I think Ballas is the best gang to lead. It’s HQ is right across from Families and near the Arena which is a great place for fights because many players pass through that area.

2.2: I have seen many gangs become inactive and have a hard time doing their weekly chores. Some gangs have been broken up for inactivity and repeated violations of the rules. “I know that being a gang leader has a lot of challenges and responsibilities and I believe I am ready to face them.

As a leader I will make sure that there are few rule violations and that our gang is active and organized. I am in good with members of the top Families and former leaders or deputies of gangs who can offer me guidance and support if I need it. I will also establish a fair bonus system to motivate members and draw active players to ballas.

- I've been HC in multiple gangs before, so I already know how gangs work and what a leader is expected to do. I understand how to manage members, handle situations, and keep the gang active. That's why I believe I'm suitable for this role.

i) The Ballas is one of the most iconic and oldest gang in the city and it's the Gang(Organization) from where I started my Rp life in Grand Rp that's why I have some special feeling for this org and I want to Get it's Leadership.
ii) In the past the ballas was the most strong Gang in the city everyone afraid from ballas , But in the past terms the leaders has ruined its dignity and the ballas has lost it's reputation so I want to get it leadership and make it most powerful org again and everyone will be scared from us.
iii) The ballas has the most prime location in ghetto and the Ballas Hq is the most beautiful hq of gang and I am also obsessed with the purple color.

2.1) I want to become the Leader of Ballas because I have been in a lot of gang organizations and I really enjoy the gang side of Grand RP. I was Deputy before, in both Families and Marabunta, where I learned how to manage members, organize events and keep the gang active. Those experiences have given me the confidence to lead my own term and I believe I am ready for that responsibility.

2.2) The main goal is to get Ballas active everyday. I don't want members hanging around at HQ waiting for something to happen. I want us involved in all gang events, fighting turf wars, finishing graffiti, staying in the ghetto. I want every member to feel like they are contributing to the organization. A gang that is active is always more fun.

2.3) I want to create an even playing field where all members have the same chance to develop. Promotions will be based on activity, loyalty, performance and attitude and not on friendships. I believe the most important qualities of a successful gang are good communication, teamwork and respect and I will make sure those values are followed throughout my term.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1) All new members will be properly guided on gang rules, server rules, and roleplay before they will be able to participate in major events. This will help to reduce unnecessary rule breaks and improve the overall quality of roleplay in the organization.

3.2) I will not let members sit at HQ and will organize regular gang activity to keep Ballas active. Whenever possible we will be doing Turf Battles, Graffiti, Store Robberies, FZ, NG Convoys, Gang Raids and Hostage Scenarios. Getting members involved in the day to day activities will improve teamwork, communication and be a more fun experience for all.

3.3) I will build a strong High Command team to help with recruitment, training and day to day work. We will work together to keep the organization organized, active and welcoming to our new and experienced members. All will be involved!
