   - I have a strong desire to help other players in their RP experience which will evemtually lead to a better experience for players. I have the knowledge and experience that can make me a competent administrator. 1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave rp life?
I was in the city for 3 years, I played more than 3000 hours, I experienced civil life, I learned about how to be a good Leo and I was a ganstar. I experienced on my own body how hard is to communicate with peopel and help them. In this 1000 days I learnd how to deal with it, that's the reason why I applied to an andministrator. I want to serve the city, but from a diferent point, I want to help the peopel with there issue which is a pretty good purpose. I see this project is growing, more player are comeing to the city, thats why its important to have that much staff who can help them and who can keep them "under control".
2.What are your strengths?
2.1.I want and I can learn new thing. I know in the beginning I need to learn new things and spend more time in front of my computer but this is why I want to be an admin to learn new thing and utilize that things in practice.
2.2.I have the skill to comunicate with peopel and understand them. I spend soooo much time in legal org and I learned in my body, I need to understand the peopel and think like them.
2.3.I can work in team. I know its a "necessary skill" to be an admin, you are making decisions together. I am a persone who can build a comunity. I know when can I be funny and when can I be seriues.
2.3.I was the leader of the SAHP and I did my job very well, I tested myself as a leader and those exepiences can help me how the be a good admin.
3.What are your weaknesses?
Overthinking-When I am doing somthing I overthink, usually I check something more than 1 times and when I did something I also check it. I mean e.g. I make a thread I check it 2 time when I create it and after the I post it and check it again.
4.What skills can you bring to the admin team?
4.1.I like to organize think and I like to do my job properly, If I get some experience and you tell me I'm good as an admin I can teach the other new administratos how to start their "carrier" like a professional senior admin.
4.2.I can make cases with hungarian peopel, There are soooo many Hungarian peopel who play this game and I can help them in the forum and in the game also.(for example:a video is in hungarian and there is OOC insultation I can translate it)
4.3.I am pretty active, when I get home I can be in duty for 5-6h in weekdays in the prime server time 15-22 when the most peopel is in the city.
4.4. I can do my job properly and without any kind of hesitatio. There is no option for my: I dont want to do that, If I need to do that or I applied as an administrator I will do my job. I won't look for excuses. I will do my own job and I will help others if they need it.

1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
After a long period spent on the server, I felt that I had gone through all aspects of RP. Roleplaying is no longer my focus, I want to contribute to the server by helping new players and supporting the work of the administration with my years of gaming experience.
I want to become an administrator because I enjoy the role of helping the project and maintaining order. I know the RP rules well and would enjoy implementing and explaining them to players, especially those who are new or unsure.

5. My main advantage is, as I said in the previous answer, my year of experience on the Grand project, which allowed me to learn all the server rules in detail. I am very communicative, which is crucial for good coordination within the administration.

As my flaw, I would single out impatience in certain situations, especially when I meet a player who clearly breaks the rules without any remorse, and talks about how he doesn't break the same rules. However I work to remain calm and professional in that moment.

   I have experienced every area of the city, there are some areas that i still have to experience but mostly i have covered most of them, spending almost 1 year in city with my IC age 30 and 48 in another city well i can say that i experienced illegal organizations, legal organizations, jobs and various other stuff, after experiencing every sector of the City i feel that city is worth providing for and keeping the community active and secure , being an admin of a city with more than 1500+ daily active players requires alott of knowledge and experience i have contributed alot to the city as a citizen but now i feel like experiencing how admins work and contribute to the city's roleplay being fair and pure without any exceptions.
