I've Gained Enough Experience in Rp. I've Learned Much Things in Rp and Now I Think I'm Totally Ready To Become an Admin. I Would Like to Help Newbies. I'm Good With Communication, So I Will Be Helping Everybody Calmly.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

Answer: I Want to be Admin for these reasons that i mentioned below-

• I have strong knowledge of server rules and RP standards.
• I want to be leader because i feel i have gained sufficient knowledege to become an admin and after being a Highest Command from Past Several months feels bored so i want to leave RP Life because i have nothing to do in RP because i already gained that experience. So i am thinking to become admin.
• I Achieved My All Goals in State And Crime And Now I Want to be admin in my one of the favourite city to gain respect and work with professionalism.
• I Want to ensure fair punishment served to a person if he breaks rule.
• I Want to reduce the rule breaks not just by words i will educate players rather than only punishing them.
• Like In Morning There were no admins available in city only it could be possible some times they are in city while morning time so i will also work in admin and if someone need help i will help them without any kind of favourtism.
• I Like to help everyone it gives me peace and make my heart feels good I Have Admin Experiene but as a junior admin in other city.

• I can be self-critical when I make mistakes and always try to learn from them.
• Sometimes i check litlle bit more time to double check evidence.

Answer: Yes, i am ready to sell my business if i become admin because i can understand its restricted admin can not hold any business.

Yes, Like I have Mentioned I Have Extensive knowledege in both State and Crime organizations. Also i have Much Knowledge about rules so mainly my focus will be after becoming admin i will guide them and educate them rather then only giving them punishment but if any serious Rules Breakes Like I am not gonna compromise with rules even if i will break rules and if i give false punishment rules should be also apply on me. Always Willing to Learn from Senior Admins and after like i have applied for any leadership i always ask everyone whats thier feedback about my application after becoming admin i will request Senior to give feedback so it will help me to improve my self day by day.
