Why do you want to be an admin and retire from RP-life?

I have been part of this project for more than four years now and would like to give back to the community in a conscientious way that does not involve roleplaying. My reason for applying is to provide continued coverage during late hours (22:00-4:00), reduce the workload for admin, assist with daily moderation, encourage new players, and clarify rules when necessary. I am also fluent in English, Russian, and French, which helps to solve communication gaps and misunderstandings, especially on the forum, since language is often a barrier to communication and can make people uncomfortable.

What are your strengths?

I have good leadership and problem-solving skills that I have developed in real-life and role-play settings. Not only am I available late, but my cover includes times when the admin presence is typically lower. I keep calm in situations that require decision-making, but I also maintain my firmness through swift, documented actions. The benefit of being multilingual can help three major communities here and on the forums.

What are your weaknesses?
I am often guilty of taking on too much work during roleplay because I enjoy being as helpful as I can. I have been actively working on coping with this efficiently and to make this a patience exercise so that I won't burn out.

What will you bring to the admin team?

I can communicate in multiple languages, write to the point and effective forum posts and guides, and I have experience being the manager of many online communities (with one example being Discord with more than 1,000 members). Lastly, I have IRL experience also being class president, mediation, and organization skills.

In the past, I have been punished, and each time I have received a punishment, I researched it as well as researched rules that I did not know about. For instance, when I walked into a gang HQ without permission, while there was a hostage situation, I walked over to the crosswalk at the Bunta HQ and received demorgan, etc. After my punishment, I researched development procedures for every gang HQ perimeter and the Ghetto itself. I now know every square inch of the ghetto and where I am not supposed to be. I also, every week, review the rules to try and memorize as many as I can.

   I want to become a admin because, I had a lot of fun and enjoyment being apart of the RP scene, I've learned so much from it from these past 4-5 years, I want to do something different with the game something to make an actually impact on it so I believe me becoming a admin will help with that. I want to be the kind of admin who’s involved, who people can respect and have fun around but also someone who knows when to be strict so things stay fair and smooth.    One of my biggest strengths when it comes to this kind of stuff is telling what's going to be a good RP experience and a bad RP experience.    To be honest. When I use to be apart of orgs like PD and FIB as higher ranks I used to be a little more less pushy on people because I didn't want to come off as strict. I would like to become a admin because I see a lot of unique opportunities as a admin. I've had so much fun in the RP scene over the past 5 years I've been playing this game, and I've learned so much from these past 5 years, but I know there is a lot more to learn. I've wanted to make a impact of the game for a really long time, and I think to start that is to become a admin. If I become a admin, I want to interact and help the community as much as I possibly can, whenever I can.

My biggest strengths are communication, problem solving, time management, and patients. I loving talking to everyone. Wherever I go, I find someone new to talk to, if that's in game or irl. I'm always meeting new people, and I love meeting new people. I'm a really good problem solver, if there's ever a problem that comes, I'm usually one of the first, if not the first person, to solve it. My time management skills used to be terrible a couple of years ago, but ever since I've been working on my procrastination, its helped a lot. Whenever there's a issue or something is happing, I fix it as soon as I can, and I have a lot of patients. Even when someone is yelling at me, I just stay calm and try to figure out what's happening so I can help them as much as I possibly can.

My biggest weakness is procrastination, but over time, the effort I’ve put into working on it has helped so much. I still procrastinate here and there, but it’s nowhere near as bad as it used to be a couple of years ago.

Some skills I could bring to the admin team are communication, problem solving, and teamwork. I'm a very easy person to talk to, and I'll probably end up talking to you first. I'm a very big problem solver. If there's ever an issue, I'm one of the first, if not the first, person to solve the issue or figure out what's happening. Like they always say, teamwork makes the dream work. If you help as a team, anything is possible. Whenever someone needs help, I help them figure out anything they're having trouble with.
