Dear Higher Ups,

I recently got ban for GR 1.9, Here Is The Forum
And I returned to the city with a wiped account just 3 days ago, and now I’ve been banned for the same reason again. I haven’t broken any rules since my return, so please look into this. I trust you will make a fair judgment regarding this matter. Thank you.
