391722 violated GHR 1.7 and Fail RP rules.
He told me to leave the area or he would kill me, so I ran away from there as part of the RP. However, despite me doing everything they asked and without any valid reason, he shot me. 346994 was not wearing gang clothes which is also a violation of GHR 1.7.
