so basically I was detaining an LSPD officer for having an illegal weapon on him (id 123309) and his HC and DOJ were present, then this guy who is his friend (id 121449) came in a chopper and killed all of us inside green zone to save his friend from arrest (time: 00:17), and when the EMS employees came to heal us he cam back to finish his friend and killed the EMS employees (time: 1:51).
id 123309 did MG to contact his friend to come and help him escape because he was cuffed the whole time.

I have called wizard at that time but he didn't arrived at time so wizard told me to put forum both person have done things like Meta Gaming Mercy Killing Violation of GZ1.1 killing EMS VDM it's a thing like Combat logging but he can't do cl so he called his friend to prevent the arrest and both person are culprit they should get punishment for mass rule break

Upon reviewing the evidence i have decided that
ID 121449 will be punished for GZ1.1.
for ID 123309 cant see anything in Provided pov
for GR 6.13 and GR 6.5 not enough evidence for that as you died before him in pov.

Feel free to make a new complaint if any of you have enough evidence for GR 6.13 and GR 6.5. ​
