I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out regarding the permanent ban on my account. I want to clarify that I wasn’t aware of the account sharing or security violations when I logged in after a long period of inactivity. I created my account around three years ago but hadn’t been active since. Recently, when I tried to log in again, I found my account banned. A couple of months ago, my Steam account (plus my Riot account as well) was hacked, but I quickly regained access within 24 hours through Steam’s recovery process. I didn’t share or trade my account, and I had no idea this would lead to a ban. I’m hoping you can reconsider the situation based on this context. Thanks for your time!
