The kid in the white car randomly ran into me while i was driving my gocart on the sidewalk... so I thought, maybe its a mistake, it happens. But a few moments later, he came back and rammed me again, and I said I will record and that he can get in trouble if he continues doing it. He then mocked me and thats when I turned on my POV.
